Hopefully it won’t be long before you’re back playing tennis with your friends again, and having fun on the court!
In the meantime I have put together some footwork drills and warm up exercises to help strengthen your flexibility and mobility when you’re playing tennis.
You can do these easily from the comfort of your home using your racket. Enjoy the challenge!
